On Thursday 11th January 2024, Year 2 packed their bags, had their passports stamped and boarded Oaklands Air on a flight to Kenya. After a safety briefing the flight took off and the children enjoyed some inflight entertainment and a snack. Fortunately it was a smooth flight, there was little turbulence and after a successful landing the children touched down in Nairobi to begin this half term’s topic ‘Home and Away’.

On Monday 11th December some Year 1 and 2 children visited Pinehurst Care-home to sing some Christmas carols to the residence.

On Tuesday 12th December the Infant children enjoyed a delicious Christmas lunch with their friends.
