NSPCC Number Day 2025 On Friday 7th October Oaklands Schools took part in NSPCC Number Day. The children came dressed up as a number – with some very creative ideas! During the afternoon Infants and Juniors met up to take part in a range of number games and activities.

Year 1 – Windsor Castle Trip 2025 On a chilly Monday morning the excited Year One classes set off for Windsor Castle. Over the last few weeks the children have taken place in numerous Christmas events such as a Christmas Nativity, carol concert at St Johns church, Christmas lunch and parties plus a visit from Santa’s cheeky elves!

Some Year 1 and Year 2 children visited Pinehurst Care-home to sprinkle some Christmas magic! The children sang songs from their Christmas Nativity as well as some traditional carols that everyone joined in with.

All the children at Oaklands Infants School took part in A Wriggly Nativity, performing to the children of Oaklands Juniors and parents and carers.
