On Tuesday 21st March, Elm and Beech classes became junior Pizzaiolos (junior Pizza chefs) for the morning. During the morning, the children learnt about good food, tasted fresh ingredients, and of course, made their own authentic Margherita pizza. The children kneaded the dough to make the perfect base before topping their creations with passata and mozzarella.
